Brushless DC Speed Controller Usage Instructions
- UVW phase line output connected to motor
- VCC GND main power supply (external DC power supply)
- Overcurrent Protection Advisory: The mainboard’s power supply circuit lacks a fuse. It is recommended to add an external fuse for enhanced safety. Reversing the power supply’s polarity, even briefly, can permanently damage certain chips on the board. Please ensure correct polarity to prevent irreversible damage.
- Stall Protection and Circuitry Safety: This device features built-in stall protection for motors during normal operation. Given the module’s high power and current specifications, avoid manually short-circuiting the module when it is not functioning correctly. Short-circuiting may lead to wire burning or tube bursting. For initial testing, please use a low current and low voltage setting. Once confirmed operational, you may switch to higher current and voltage for full performance.
- Motor Compatibility Warning: Do not connect motors that are significantly mismatched in terms of voltage, current, or power ratings with the drive module. This mismatch could lead to unnecessary and unintended damage. Always ensure compatibility to maintain the integrity of your equipment.
